In 2009, the company established a joint venture with Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd., Malaysian Bright Technology Co., Ltd. and Yuwei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Tongfang Optoelectronics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. to integrate LED resources for LED lighting applications in mainland China and overseas. The development, production and service of technology became a supplier of LED flameless candle products in Luminara USA in 2010.
